National Surety Corp. provided construction bonds for work done by Prairieland Construction Inc. As part of the bonding process, National Surety required Prairieland and its owners and their wives to indemnify National Surety for any claims or other amounts it might be required to pay out on the bonds. When Prairieland failed, this litigation resulted. National Surety now seeks summary judgment on its claims...
