A jury found Defendant Michael Segal guilty of violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act ("RICO"), 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-68. The jury also found that, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 1963(a)(1) and (3), Segal must forfeit $30 million in racketeering proceeds and interests and that, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1963(a)(2), 60% of his interest in Near North Insurance...
