STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant, DePuy, Inc. (DePuy), appeals the award entered by the Full Worker's Compensation Board (Full Board) entitling Appellee-Plaintiff, Anthony Farmer (Farmer), to worker's compensation benefits as a result of work-related injuries.

We reverse.
