After pleading guilty, Stephen Bracciale appeals his 15-month prison sentence for wire fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1343, 1346, and 2. Bracciale argues that the district court erred: (1) in its loss calculations under sentencing guideline § 2F1.1; and (2) in imposing the abuse-of-trust enhancement pursuant to guideline § 3B1.3.
