PER CURIAM.

Appellants, Dr. John Lanza (Lanza) and Attorney General, Charles Crist appeal the trial court's non-final order denying Lanza's motion to dismiss for improper venue or, in the alternative, motion to transfer to St. Lucie County. We affirm.
