Appellant-plaintiff John Clevenger appeals from the district court's adverse grant of summary judgment in his pro se civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Appellees collected a sample of Clevenger's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) for use in a DNA profiling system pursuant to Missouri's "DNA Profiling System" statute.
