G.B., a juvenile, appeals from his adjudication of delinquency on a charge that would constitute second degree sexual contact, N.J.S.A. 2C:14-2b, if he were an adult. G.B. was sentenced to a term of three years probation on the condition he undergo psychiatric and psychological evaluations and attend a program for sex offenders who deny the accusations.
