OPINION AND ORDER

HOLMES, District Judge.

The issue in this case is whether Pine Bluff National Bank (the "Bank") has coverage under a financial institution bond (the "Bond") issued by St. Paul Mercury Insurance Company ("St.Paul") for losses that the Bank suffered as a result of a fraud perpetrated by one of its borrowers. St. Paul has moved for summary judgment.
