After a jury trial, Benjamin R. Jones was convicted of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana. The court sentenced him to seven years confinement and five years probation.1 Jones appeals the denial of his motion for new trial, arguing that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict and that he was denied the effective assistance of counsel.
