This is a companion case to Walter v. Scherzinger, 193 Or.App. 355, 89 P.3d 1265 (2004). Plaintiffs appeal from a circuit court judgment dismissing their complaint for lack of jurisdiction. For the reasons that follow, we dismiss this appeal.
