Bernard Chaney was convicted of two counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, crack cocaine, violations of § 13A-12-211, Ala.Code 1975. He was sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment for each conviction, and each sentence was enhanced by an additional 10 years' imprisonment pursuant to §§ 13A-12-250 and 13A-12-270, Ala.Code 1975, for a total of 20 years' imprisonment for each conviction...
