On this appeal from a conviction for criminal vehicular homicide, appellant argues that (1) admission of a videotaped statement violated his constitutional rights because he invoked his right to remain silent and made unequivocal requests for an attorney; (2) the district court erred in admitting emotional "spark-of-life" evidence and in denying a motion for a mistrial after the prosecutor questioned the victim's widow...
