Robert Lemon Jones, Jr. was charged with three counts of violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act for possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute (Count 1), possession of alprazolam with the intent to distribute (Count 2), and possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute (Count 3).
