¶ 1 After a conversation with a police officer, Appellant, Matthew LaMonte, Jr., consented to a search of his person which revealed that he was carrying a pipe containing cocaine residue. On appeal, Appellant asks us to determine whether the fruits of that search should have been suppressed.
