Salman was found guilty in the Circuit Court of Panola County, Mississippi, of three counts of failure to file a tax return for the years of 1998, 1999 and 2000 and two counts of attempting to evade payment of personal income tax for the years of 1998 and 1999 in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated Sections 27-7-87(2) and 27-3-79(2), respectively.
