A jury convicted defendant Dwayne Jackson of burglary. He was sentenced to four years' imprisonment. He appeals, claiming that (1) the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction; (2) the identification testimony of two witnesses should have been suppressed because it resulted from his illegal detention and an unnecessarily suggestive one-man showup; (3) the jury was erroneously instructed regarding identification...
