BENTON, Judge.

The trial judge convicted Thomas Clayton Baldwin, Sr. of discharging a firearm within an occupied dwelling house and possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute. Baldwin contends the trial judge erred by: (1) prohibiting Baldwin from attending the judge's conference in chambers with the attorneys to discuss post-sentencing motions and afterwards failing to make a record in open court, (2) failing to hear Baldwin's post-sentencing objections...
