After being stabbed by another inmate, John Poullard ("Poullard") filed a delictual action against prison authorities for failure to protect him. His case was dismissed pursuant to an exception of prematurity based on Poullard's alleged failure to exhaust administrative remedies. For the following reasons, we affirm.
