HOLLAND, J.:

The defendant-appellant, Charles Trawick, was convicted of single counts of Robbery in the First Degree and Aggravated Menacing, two counts of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, two counts of Conspiracy in the Second Degree, and other less serious offenses. Following the entry of the guilty verdicts, the State filed a motion seeking to declare Trawick an habitual offender.
