Pro se petitioner Kevin Casey seeks a writ of habeas corpus challenging his conviction by a jury of sexually assaulting his step-daughter, Kimberly, and a neighbor girl, Melissa, for which he was sentenced to fifteen years in prison followed by twenty years of probation.
