On June 28, 2004 we filed our original opinion in this matter affirming defendant's convictions for robbery, assault and weapons offenses. The trial judge imposed an extended term of fifty years with twenty-five years of parole ineligibility. See N.J.S.A. 2C:43-7; N.J.S.A. 2C:44-3.
