A Muscogee County jury convicted Prince Davis, Jr. of one count of aggravated assault (OCGA § 16-5-21) and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime (OCGA § 16-11-106). He was sentenced consecutively as a recidivist to twenty years confinement to serve seven years, the remainder probated, and five years confinement, respectively.
