The State appeals from the trial court's order suppressing evidence a law enforcement officer seized from the vehicle and person of the appellee, Curtis McPherson, during a traffic stop. The appellee filed a pretrial motion to suppress in which he argued that the law enforcement officer detained him for an unreasonable period of time during a traffic stop; that the officer did not have reasonable suspicion to detain him while waiting on a K-9 unit...
