Gary Alexander Ingram appeals from his conviction and sentence for theft by receiving stolen property.

Construed in favor of the verdict, the evidence shows that on November 29, 2001, a 53-foot trailer valued at about $40,000 was stolen from a freight company known as Howell's Motor Freight.
