RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant, Timothy Woolum Sr. (Woolum), appeals the trial court's denial of his Motion to Suppress evidence.

We affirm.

ISSUE

Woolum raises one issue on appeal, which we restate as follows: whether the trial court erred in denying Woolum's Motion to Suppress evidence obtained as a result of a warrantless search of his residence
