In 1995, appellant, Bruce Tucker, and appellee, Terri E. Tucker,1 divorced and entered into a settlement agreement to resolve their differences over alimony and child support. That agreement required Mr. Tucker to pay Mrs. Tucker alimony for seven years and child support until their four children reached the age of eighteen.
