YEMC Construction & Development, Inc., appeals Order on Defendant/Tenants Motion to Set Terms of Redemption and Order Upon Defendant/Tenants Compliance with the October 29, 2003, Order Granting Defendant/Tenants Motion to Set Terms of Redemption. We reverse.
