STATEMENT OF CASE

Appellant-Defendant, Henry Brewer (Brewer), appeals the revocation of his probation for his conviction of dealing in cocaine, a Class B felony, Ind.Code § 35-48-4-1.

We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
