WIGGINS, Justice.

An Iowa trial information charged defendant, James C. Davis, a Missouri resident, with crimes he allegedly committed on property that spanned the Iowa-Missouri border. A Missouri judge, based on the application of a Missouri prosecutor and an Iowa sheriff, issued a search warrant for defendant's property, which was located in Missouri. The defendant moved to suppress the evidence seized because a defect existed in the application for the search warrant...
