Plaintiff Candy Rex brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging that defendants, Rudolph Verhoeven and Gilbert Gwinn, City of Milwaukee police officers, violated her rights under the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments by employing excessive force in the course of arresting her.
