This case arises from an order of the probate court appointing respondent as conservator. We review de novo, ORS 19.415(3) (2001),1 and agree with the probate court that appellant requires a conservator and that respondent is the most suitable person to serve as conservator. We also hold that the probate court did not err when it denied appellant's motion to dismiss based on failure to state a claim or lack of subject...
