This appeal requires us to interpret the language of an annuity contract sold by the defendant, Lincoln Benefit Life Company (Lincoln or defendant), to a certified class of individuals represented by the plaintiff, Paul A. DeCesare (DeCesare or collectively plaintiffs). The plaintiffs appeal from a Superior Court order granting summary judgment in favor of Lincoln, finding that defendant satisfied the terms of the annuity contract...
