STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Joseph E. Tons appeals from the granting of a protective order issued against him as to Travis Tons1, Barbara Bley and Brian Bley and also prohibiting him from using or possessing a firearm, ammunition, or deadly weapon. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
