Section 523(a)(2)(B) of the Bankruptcy Code makes nondischargeable debts procured by written misrepresentations of the debtor's financial condition. But does § 523(a)(6) allow for debts procured by oral misrepresentations of the debtor's financial condition to be found nondischargeable?
