BOWMAN, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted Appellee Joseph Dodd of conspiring to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine and cocaine base (i.e., crack cocaine). Thereafter, Dodd moved for a new trial, arguing that the verdict was contrary to the weight of the evidence. The District Court1 granted Dodd's motion and set aside the jury's verdict.
