Defendant Angelique Eisinger pled guilty to a charge of possession of ephedrine with intent to facilitate the manufacture of methamphetamine. A pre-sentence report (PSR) was prepared in anticipation of sentencing, which calculated her offense level as 12 and her criminal history category as III, producing an imprisonment range of 15-21 months.
