The plaintiffs, Ida L. Hall (Ida) and Roger Hall (Roger)1 (collectively plaintiffs), appeal from a Superior Court judgment granting the defendant's, Brad W. McMenamon (defendant), motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. The plaintiffs contend that the defendant's motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction is untimely because he filed it after filing his answer to the plaintiffs...
