Plaintiff Uniprop, Inc., appeals from the trial court's grant of summary disposition in defendants' favor on plaintiff's breach of contract claim. Plaintiff contends that defendants undertook a contractual obligation to repay monies owed to plaintiff by defendants' client, Barry Yaker.
