All Children's Hospital, Inc., challenges an order of an administrative law judge (ALJ), which concluded that the Florida Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Plan (the plan) did not provide the exclusive remedy for injuries suffered by an infant born to appellees Anna Lentini and Christopher Glenn. The ALJ determined that the infant's parents were not given the statutory notice which was necessary to shield All Children's from tort liability...
