Respondent, Ryan B., was adjudicated delinquent based upon a finding that he had committed the offense of sexual exploitation of a child (720 ILCS 5/11-9.1(a-5) (West 2000)). Respondent was sentenced to five years' probation, was ordered to register as a sex offender pursuant to the Sex Offender Registration Act (Registration Act) (730 ILCS 150/1 et seq. (West 2000)), and was ordered to submit to a DNA blood...
