¶ 1 Defendant Alex Montiel appeals his conviction for aggravated robbery, a first degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Annotated section 76-6-302 (Supp.2001), with an enhanced penalty pursuant to Utah Code Annotated section 76-3-203.1 (Supp.2001).
