("Vantran"), Robert Salinas, and Leonor Salinas, appeal the final judgment entered by the trial court and argue that they are entitled to a new trial on their negligence claim against appellees, Ryder Truck Rental, Inc. ("Ryder"), Williams Scotsman, Inc. ("Williams Scotsman"), and Hank Eldon Rowell.
