By this appeal, Defendant Martin Alva Crawford argues the trial court erred by (I) excluding testimony that his wife shot her former husband; (II) overruling his objection to the prosecutor's prejudicial comment concerning Defendant's firearms expert; and (III) failing to instruct the jurors that they may not take notes. Defendant also contends that he was afforded ineffective assistance of counsel in that his attorney failed to have jury selection recorded...
