Plaintiff Robert A. Franchino appeals the trial court's grant of summary disposition under MCR 2.116(C)(8) and (C)(10) in favor of his father, defendant Richard Franchino, and intervening defendant Franchino Mold and Engineering Company (FMEC). Plaintiff also appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to amend the complaint.
