Defendant-appellant Rodney Green was sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment after pleading guilty to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g). After firing three attorneys, one on the day of sentencing, Green was ultimately sentenced without the benefit of counsel.
