Stephen Havey obtained an award of workers' compensation benefits from Donald R. Rethamel based on an injury suffered by Havey during his temporary employment with Rethamel. The award was affirmed on judicial review, and the court of appeals affirmed. The sole issue before us in this appeal is one that is only collateral to the issues previously decided by the court of appeals.
