Plaintiff as administrator of the estate of his mother, Louise Udzinski, and of his father, Victor Udzinski, instituted this civil action grounded in medical malpractice seeking to recover damages for the wrongful death of Louise Udzinski and for the emotional distress suffered by Victor Udzinski prior to his death.
