John D. Oliver ("Oliver"), OHR Building, Inc., and Glenda Faye Motsinger Oliver (collectively as "plaintiffs"), and Randolph M. James ("James") appeal from an order of the trial court granting the disqualification of James as plaintiffs' counsel. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm the order of the trial court.
