PRATT, District Judge.

At the conclusion of a five day jury trial in the present case, the jury returned verdicts for Defendants on all of Plaintiff's claims. Presently before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion for New Trial which presents the Court with five bases for which Plaintiff contends he is entitled to a new trial pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 59.
