HUNTER, Judge.

George William Blackwell, Sr. ("defendant") appeals from a judgment dated 15 August 2002 entered consistent with jury verdicts finding him guilty of voluntary manslaughter and possession of a weapon of mass destruction. Defendant was sentenced to a minimum term of imprisonment of seventytwo months with a corresponding maximum term of ninety-six months. We conclude there was no error.
